Smoking is prohibited

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and in all common areas of the property. A fine of €150.00 will be imposed for non-compliance.

No pets allowed

Although we love animals, our apartments are not currently equipped to accommodate them.

Quiet hours

To maintain a peaceful environment, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Additionally, we ask that you be considerate in common areas (such as the reception, lounges, and hallways), avoiding disturbing other guests. Please speak quietly, especially in busy areas or near guest rooms.

Overnight stay for registered guests only

For security reasons and to comply with the maximum occupancy limits, overnight stays are reserved exclusively for guests registered upon arrival. Visitors may only access the property during the day with prior authorization from the reception and are not permitted to stay overnight.

Care and respect for the property

We have taken great care to make our aparthotel a welcoming environment, like home. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own home.
